Our gallery represents a selection of local and regional first nations artists who work in a variety of traditional and contemporary native styles.
We specialize in cedar works, primarily masks, bent wood boxes, rattles and bowls. The gallery also has cedar bark hats, basketry and jewelry. We carry a selection of original paintings, fine art prints, as well as native silver, clothing knitted goods and gift items.
We welcome you to visit the gallery at Whiskey Landing, Ucluelet. We’re located at the bottom of Main St Hill overlooking the Government Wharf (the Whiskey Dock).

Patrick Amos born on Nootka Island, 1957, located off the west coast of Vancouver Island, member of the Mowachaht Band, of the fourteen member tribes of the Nuu-chah-nulth Nations. Since 1976 Patrick has been designing limited edition prints. In 1979 he began carving wood, apprenticing with Tony Hunt Sr. in Victoria, B.C. Later he apprenticed with Tim Paul at the Royal B.C. Museum carving shed in Victoria, where he assisted with a few totem pole projects. In 1989-1990 he assisted Tim Paul tocarve a 36 foot Hesquiaht totem pole for the Mauri people of New Zealand. The Royal B.C. Museum has several paintings and prints of Patrick’s in their permanent collection. Increasingly Patrick is being commissioned for larger works and he now takes on apprentices of his own to assist with these projects. Patrick is active in his community, giving carving demonstrations at various schools throughout the west coast inspiring artists of the next generation.
